Our understanding of hunting and deer management comes from owner Kendall’s active interest in this region. We understand why access, visibility, and cover all matter on the same property. More clearing isn’t always better. We’ll talk through desirable trees, screening cover, boundary areas, and sections you want left alone. Marking the keep-list gives you and us the same reference before the mulcher enters the work area.
We’ll also review property lines, neighboring land, private utilities, septic features, old fence wire, soft ground, and the equipment route. A lane that appears simple on a map can look different when you walk the slope, turns, and vegetation. We can compare alternatives before you decide which line makes the most sense.
Think about how the pieces connect. A reopened old trail should lead cleanly into the walking route, ATV or UTV path, shooting lane, or food-plot access you plan to use. Looking at the full movement from entrance to destination can prevent a route that ends short, turns awkwardly, or opens cover you meant to preserve.
This is vegetation clearing and property-access work, not wildlife consulting, and it doesn’t guarantee hunting success. The value is a property that’s easier for you to reach, see, and manage according to your own plan.
