The agreed work

Each job follows the quote accepted by K4 Landworks LLC and the customer. If either party wants to change the work area or finish, both sides need to agree before that additional work begins.

Property information

Customers are responsible for identifying property boundaries, private utilities, septic components, wire, hidden structures, valued trees, and other known conditions that may affect the work.

Conditions and scheduling

Weather, ground conditions, access, hidden obstacles, or safety concerns may change the order or timing of the work. We’ll communicate with you if conditions call for a pause or a revised plan.

This website gives general information about our services. Availability, the work area, the finish, and quote terms are confirmed directly with each customer.
